Yeoman Foods use selected fresh potatoes, to mkae Yeoman Instant Mashed Potato. After steam cooking, the potatoes are mashed and dried before being sealed in foil bags to maintain perfect freshness and flaour.

To retain freshness after opening fold the top of the pack oer or store in an airtight container. Keep cool and dry. Use within one month of opening.
