Village Pride Mild Curry Powder 100g

A light Madras-style curry powder with great flavour and colour depth. Add a sprinkle of chilli or extra black pepper to produce a spicier Korma-style curry. Alternatively, combine the curry powder and garam masala and stir in towards the end of the cooking process to provide heat and flavour.
