Mangoes are one of the most exotic fruits and combined with bell and scotch bonnet peppers it gives a sensational taste, with a combination of sweet and spicy flavours. This Sweet Mango Sauce can be added to curries, stir fry or even used as a dipping sauce for spring rolls.

Ingredients: Water, Mango Puree (23%), Sweet Peppers (6.2%), Passionfruit Juice, Cane Vinegar, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid, Stabilizers: Modified Maize Starch & Xantham Gum, Salt, Scotch Bonnet Peppers (0.6%), Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Mango Flavouring. 

Shake well before opening. Store in a dry cool place away from sunlight.
