Rajah Jerk Style Seasoning 100g

Rajah jerk Seasoning is great for Jerking, a tradition using a special combination of herbs and spices to flavour meat.  Sprinkle over meat, poultry and fish then grill, BBQ or Pan fry. Add to casseroles and stews to give the exotic taste.

A blend of salt and spices specially formulated to provide a typical Jamaican Jerk flavour when used on meat, fish and poultry.

Salt, Sugar, Ground Cayenne Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Bay, Ground Pimento, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Oregano, Ground Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator (E330), Flavourings, Spice Extracts, Anti-caking Agent (E551).
