Puregro Lemon Pepper 100g

Lemon pepper is a spice prepared from crushed black peppercorns and granulated lemon zest. To allow the citrus oil to soak into the pepper, the lemon zest is crushed with the pepper. Although it was originally used mostly for seafood, this mixture is baked and dried and may be used on meats and pasta.
