Easi Spice Curry Powder 250g

Curry powder is made up of turmeric, chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground ginger, and pepper, and comes in mild, medium, and spicy varieties. Curry powder is made up of a variety of spices that have a yellow tint to them. It is not a common component in Indian cookery, contrary to popular perception. Curry powder was invented by the British to recreate the essence of Indian cuisine and is not to be confused with curry paste.
