A traditional Caribbean preserve and deliciously fragrant and fruity and delicious spread which can be enjoyed with sweet or savoury dishes. Spread on toast, on crackers or use as a sandwich filling or fruity glaze for baked pastries and desserts.

Alternatively, use as a sweet and sticky marinade to add a tangy flavour to roasted meats such as lamb or pork

Ingredients: Refined Sugar, Water, Guava Concentrate, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Vegetable Fat (Soy Bean Oil, Palm Oil in varying proportions), Acid: Citric Acid. (Prepared with 35g of fruit per 100g).
